4th Anniversary

Noah and I celebrated our 4th anniversary this weekend. On Thursday we went up to the canyon where we were married, like we do every year. It's such an awesome tradition we've started, rain or shine, we're going up every year. We had a little cook out and showed Finn the exact spot where his parents tied the knot. 

Last year on our anniversary we decided to take Finny with us. It was fun, but this year we decided to leave him with Nana. This was the first night we've ever spent away from him. It was kind of weird being away from him, we missed our little dude but it was nice to have some time to ourselves.

We spent the night in a mountain town near us called Park City, home of the Sundance Film Festival. We stayed in a lodge that's nestled near the side of the mountain. I'm not used to seeing these mountains without snow, it's truly beautiful. We went to an Irish pub on Main Street for dinner then went back and watched the Goonies because we were unimpressed with what Redbox had to offer. The next day we took a chair lift up the mountain. It was so pretty but freezing. We weren't planning on 45 degree weather, it is June after all. We then went back to Main Street for some lunch and window shopping. It was a nice short getaway, we were so excited to get back to Finn. I don't think he missed us much, he had a good time with Nana.
