Non-Sushi, Sushi

Noah and I aren't big fish eaters, and when it comes to raw fish we flat out refuse to eat it. We have tried Sushi many times and we just aren't fans. My eyes and my stomach are telling me 2 different things because I think sushi really looks good, so we decided to stay in tonight and make teriyaki chicken sushi rolls and they turned out delicious!

Instead of using nori (seaweed sheets) we used spring roll skins.

This is pretty much what ours looked like before we rolled it. Minus the seaweed. We used teriyaki chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and avocado.

This is how they turned out!

With the skins, we made some spring rolls too. They taste a lot better than they look.
