You Are What You Eat

Me and Noah have been trying to eat healthier lately. Mainly by eliminating most of our meat intake and adding more vegetables and fruit to our diet. Luckily we have some fruit trees and a garden in our yard. We have bags and bags of cherries, a bowl of raspberries and strawberries, and lots of veggies. I have found this awesome blog called meatessmealsformeatlovers. There are some great recipes that are hearty and delicious without the meat. Tonight Noah and I had a grilled veggie sandwich with garlic mayo on a three cheese focaccia bread. Ok those who know me know that I'm not much of a veggie girl but this was so good!
