Boeuf Bourgiugnon





A couple weeks ago me and Noah watched Julie and Julia, its about a girl named Julie making every dish in Julia Child's cook book. One of the more popular dishes from Julia Child is Boeuf Bourgiugnon, it's a french stew to say the least and it sounded so delish. So I decided I wanted to make it! I got the recipe from Julia Child's cookbook (above) Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Isn't the cover cute? I would buy it just for cuteness! The ingredients weren't cheap and it took me about 4 to 5 hours to make but it was so worth it because it was probably one of the best things I have ever eaten!!!!

    They show old episodes of her cooking show on the cooking channel. She is funny. I want to see that movie...its on my netflix list!
